● 3 x 1 hour Personal Training sessions
● 1.5 hours of nutrition counseling with a Registered Dietitian
● 3 x 45 minute goal-setting and action-planning sessions with an ICF certified Executive Coach.
Package pricing is determined by where you would like to have the personal training sessions:
$499 for training at any Edmonton YMCA (if the person is a YMCA Member)
$549 for training at any Edmonton YMCA (if the person is NOT a YMCA Member)
$599 for mobile personal training sessions (where we come to you!)
(Larger packages are also available upon request.)
