Getting excited about hitting the gym is nothing new to me. I have been involved with team sports as well as resistance training most of my life. I look for ways to make fitness more interesting and challenging for my clients. I believe the most important ingredient in life is balance. Balance is acknowledging that taking care of your personal and fitness needs will in turn benefit you as well as others around you. Being a mother with a career myself, I understand the many directions our life is pulled in order to keep up with all the commitments. Balance is making your goals and needs a priority. I enjoy meeting all of the different clients and working with them one on one to meet their short and long term fitness goals. I strive to provide my clients with the information, technique and support needed to make positive lifestyle changes through exercise. During the one on one personal training sessions, I work with each client individually to define their goals and create a program custom to their needs. I want you to believe in yourself and I will provide the motivational tools to help you reach your goals.
