I love my job. Having been involved with fitness and a variety of sports throughout my life, it is exciting to share my passion for physical activity with others. I have fun incorporating what I've learned in various aspects of my life into my programs. I enjoy the challenge of working with a diverse clientele. I am proud of the journey I took to achieve my black belt in Taekwondo and love sharing some of my Master's moves with the people I work with. My travels and the experiences I've had abroad have shown me a whole different way of life. My yoga practice continues to teach me the importance of ‘balance’ taken for all its different meanings and has become an integral part of my fitness classes and client programs. Lastly, skydiving the Whitsunday Islands in Australia taught me much about fear, which has enabled me to be more understanding when clients are hesitant to begin a program or try a new exercise.
I believe all of the people I work with are unique and entertaining. I am inspired by their hard work and dedication. I thank them for sharing their energy with me, and for continually challenging me to further my knowledge and skills so I can support them in reaching their own personal health and fitness goals.
