Working Out @ Work (1 hour)
“I have no time to stop”.  “I’m too busy to get away from my desk”.  “If I leave now, I might miss that important phone call”.  Does this sound familiar to you?  Nowadays, fitness does not have to be restricted to traditional “gyms” or your local fitness centre.  We’ll show you the top moves that you can do at your desk (or right beside it) so that you can “keep on top of things” without sacrificing your most precious commodity – your health.

 

Stretching – the Truth! (1-1.5 hours)
Using principles from yoga, pilates and traditional exercise physiology, this interactive workshop will give you some new ideas on how to relax and lengthen your tight overworked muscles.  This program is designed for individuals stretching on their own, and we will also explore some partner stretching techniques for advanced results.  You will leave this workshop feeling completely relaxed and energized!

 

Resist-A-Band Workout (1 hour)
Want a workout you can do at home, at the office or on the road that can be as tough or as easy as you want it?  Using all sorts of different exercise movements from a variety of fitness “philosophies”, we will put you through the paces with this extremely mobile exercise program.  By incorporating a resistance band we’ll help you build strength with a tool that’s light and easy to take with you.  Leave with a smile on your face and your own band to continue the workout at home on your own!

 

The Essential Stott Pilates Mat Workout  (1 hour)
This introductory session is designed for beginners to learn and try pilates moves that they may have only heard of before.  Learn proper posture, core stability and enhancing your mind-body connection.  You will leave this session feeling relaxed, lengthened and strengthened!

 

The Essential Stott Pilates Mat/Resist-A-Band Workout (1 hour)
You’ve started mastering the works of Joseph Pilates, and now you’re wondering how to get more out of your mat workouts.  Try incorporating an exercise band into your pilates workout!  You’ll learn how to increase the strengthening and toning movements you already use to keep you moving forward with your strength levels – and your motivation!
