Personal Fitness Trainer

Having been active through sports growing up and a dedicated long distance runner, fitness has always been a part of my lifestyle which has led me to the career of a personal fitness trainer. As an avid runner, tightness and muscle imbalances were inevitable until I discovered Pilates which helped improve my posture and strengthened my core immensely.

I am a strong believer in physical activity and its ability to improve quality of life. As a personal trainer, I strive to help each individual reach their health and fitness goals. I will motivate and help you realize your potential as you work towards dropping a pant size, improving your race time, or starting an exercise program to improve your overall health. It is never too late to do something, especially if it’s for the good of yourself.
